This is the Mount plate only. Suits Hobie Pro Angler Kayaks. This platecreates a super strong mounting point for accessories such as the Hobie Power-pole Micro , Bixpy Motor Power-pole Adaptor and Torqeedo Ultralight Motor bracket. These accessories goes onto the 4 mounting holes on the mount kit , hence no drilling on the hull is required.
